Ember Rasmussen is a theatre artist born in Omaha, NE making their home in Minneapolis, MN. Twin Cities appearances include Ophelia in Arts’ Nest Queered Classics production of Hamlet, Rosalind in 2140 Productions’ As You Like It, and Tom Reed’s Greenway at Twin Cities Horror Festival. As a director, Ember has guided productions and readings at notable Omaha theaters, including Omaha Community Playhouse, Shelterbelt Theatre, Blue Barn Theatre, Bellevue Little Theater, and Creighton University Theatre. Ember received their BFA in Theatre from Creighton University in 2015. They currently work as Operations Coordinator at Prince’s Paisley Park.
