Whew, 2020 is over, and it was a doozy! Arts Nest and Phoenix Theater are hanging in there. Like everyone else, we weren’t sure if we would get through the lockdown and be able to reopen on the other end. While there’s no end in sight yet, thanks to a Flexible Support grant from MRAC, we’re confident we’ll be able to make it through. With your help we can come through this awful time in a strong position, ready to host your favorite artists and theater companies in the Twin Cities! From January 14th through Valentine’s Day we’ll be sharing vids from some of our regular artists, from both before the lockdown and after. Please enjoy and consider donating to help us continue to provide a subsidized space and administrative support for local theater companies and emerging artists.
Thanks to local artists, businesses, and contributors we’ve got lots of great items up for auction. Bidding will be live from February 8th through February 15th.
Creators Kara and Sam are regular performers on the Phoenix stage. They have been whiling away the pandemic months with some living room music.
Smartmouth Comedy Productions is one of our regular companies. This vid is a follow up to their show "Christmas with the Campbells" which premiered at Phoenix Theater in 2019.
